If you're worried that your past legal troubles might hold you back from getting a job, an apartment, or an education, there's good news! The Library has partnered with the Concrete Rose Foundation and Metropolitan Public Defender's Community Law Department to provide a free legal services clinic.

Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis, if available.
You may qualify for help with:
- Expungement of Oregon Conviction and Arrest Records
- Expungement of Eviction Records
- Waiving fines and fees for traffic, parking, and criminal related debts
- Reducing felonies to misdemeanors
- Driver’s license reinstatement
- Warrant Lifts
- And more!
