Celebrate Native American Heritage Month with us at the Rockwood Library!
Learn basic basket weaving with the renowned fiber artist, and Karuk basket weaver, Celeste Whitewolf. Celeste brings knowledge, warmth, patience, and fun to this workshop. In this workshop, you'll learn to create a basket using twists of paper.
Celeste is a member of the Columbia Basin Basket-weavers Guild, the Northwest Native American Basket-weavers Association, and is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Umatilla.
Registration is required and opens on October 11.
