Duration: 2 hrs (plus 1 hr setup / 30 min breakdown) Max 16 students Presenter is Jennifer Naumann from Rockwood Common (jennifer@rockwoodcommon.org).
Have you always wanted to learn how to sew by hand and get crafty with a needle and thread? In this workshop, you will learn basic hand stitches that can be used for simple projects or mending. We'll also cover button repair, needle threading and more. Create a take-home button pouch project that you make with your new skills. No experience required.
All materials are provided. Grades 6-12. Registration is required; sign ups will open on February 7.
