Podium, mic, sound system with aux connection, whiteboard and markers, tables and chairs. 1.5 hrs., max 40 participants. 30 mins set up and take down.
Join Renée Roman Nose, award-winning author and poet, for a poetry workshop. Renée has held workshops across America and Canada, guiding others to find their own, unique voice. In this class, you will learn how to dig deep, to perform in a confident manner and to share the messages of your poetry in a fun, caring and interesting way. The class will be followed by a Spoken Word Open Mic event to be open to the public, featuring a guest poet performance. Open to ages 12 and up with a parent.
