2 part staff-led workshop
Join us for a two-day Ribbon Skirt Workshop, where participants will learn how to create their own ribbon skirts from start to finish. From measuring fabric and selecting ribbons to sewing it all together, this workshop welcomes all levels of sewing experience. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your tribal heritage and culture in a supportive, creative space. Presented by Native library staff. Materials are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own. Registration is required. Attendees under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Made possible by gifts to The Library Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to enhancing our library's leadership, innovation and reach through private support.
Registration opens on August 23.
