Join Speculative Drama as a fairytale world unfolds all around you in Bitter Herb: A Play in Movement. Based on the Grimm’s Brothers Rapunzel, the show asks the question of what it means to be family. How do we learn to let our children go?
In immersive theater, actors move around you to tell the story. This wordless production explores the darker themes in the Grimm Brothers' Rapunzel: protection vs. possession and punishment vs. liberation.
Bitter Herb is a free, all ages production but may not be best suited for children under ten due to the immersive nature of the production and themes.
